Summary:

Details:

  • Duplication has been reduced, though no cross-deduplication has been applied between MP8 and MP9 sheets.
  • Designed to provide a unified, structured dataset suitable for reporting and pipeline analytics.

2. Customer Feedback Meta Codes

Files:

  • feedback_meta_codes_requests.sql
  • feedback_meta_codes_response.sql

Summary:
Initial release of the remaining components required to complete the CSMS dataset.

Details:

  • Represents the final pieces of the CSMS data structure.
  • Built using the latest available data from the Dynamics source.
  • Provides a stable basis for end-to-end feedback analysis.

3. Project Meta Codes – PMN

File:

  • project_meta_codes_pmn.sql

Summary:
Enhancement to stabilise the PMN metadata view.

Details:

  • Adjusted to align with the stabilised dataflow output.
  • Includes historic entries back to 11 November.
  • Ensures more consistent behaviour across PMN-related reporting views.

4. Global CO₂ Factor Values

Summary:
New global values view for sustainability metrics.

Details:

  • Based on UK Government Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Conversion Factors for corporate reporting.
  • Provides harmonised CO₂-equivalent factors for wider use across reporting domains.

5. Infrastructure Item Codes – Occupational Safety & Health

Summary:
Initial release.

Details:

  • Introduces a new metadata view to support the OSH framework.
  • Forms part of expanding foundation structures within the Infrastructure domain.

6. Employee SkillsBase Metadata (Employee-Only)

  • employee_meta_codes_skillsbase.sql

Summary:
Revised and privacy-enhanced release.

Details:

  • Re-scoped to include employee information only, removing personal/person-level attributes.
  • Ensures safe reuse of SkillsBase metadata for resourcing and workforce planning.

7. Employee Meta Codes Archive

Summary:
Refinement of primary job role identification.

Details:

  • Corrects logic affected by an interaction between CASE expressions and integer comparisons.
  • Ensures consistent identification of each employee’s primary job role.

8. Employee Meta Codes (Primary Assignment Fix)

  • employee_meta_codes.sql

Summary:
Update to remove duplication caused by assignment structures.

Details:

  • Introduces a WHERE PRIMARY filter on the ASSIGNMENT source.
  • Eliminates duplication of Line Manager attributes.
  • Improves stability and correctness of downstream employee metadata views.
